Kapamilya heartthrob Xian Lim gears up to increase talent potentials as he opens his career on singing.

Xian Lim confirmed yesterday through a tweet saying, "Yesss... April 30, 2012...MY ALBUM WILL BE RELEASED!!! BE SURE TO GRAB A COPY!!! :-)))".

The 22-year old actor sang the jingle "Walking on Sunshine" of his latest commercial of McDonald's. The jingle is said to be airing also across radio stations now.

Being vocal of his admiration to Kim Chiu, Xian denied that he wrote the original song for the actress. "I would say yes but it's not para lang sa isang tao. Ang gusto ko dito para siya sa lahat. I want everyone to be able to relate to it. I guess ang makakita niyo dito sa album ko will be more of my emotional side slash the observant side of me", Lim said in an interview of Push.com.ph.

The album will be composed of five tracks mainly revivals. Four covers and one original. The album is under Star Records and is set to release later this month.
